Francine’s heart to minister to teenage girls and women has helped her to reach out and share the message, through seminars, that you can find freedom when you walk with Jesus Christ and that God has the power to overcome all the obstacles women face if we just let Him take control. 

Her many years in ministry working with all ages as Sunday School Teacher and  Superintendent, Vacation Bible School Director, Saturday Academy Volunteer, Bible study Facilitator and as Women’s Mentoring  Network Facilitator have educated her on how to communicate God’s Word in an effective way.

Francine has helped mentor women as a group speaker and share her love of Christ. It is her desire to touch lives and change the hearts of those she mentors by sharing the power that changes everything.  I’m a child of the most highest God, complete in Him who is the head of principalities and power.  I’m alive with Christ and seek to have the mind of Christ. As a believer, the light of the gospel shines in my mind. I seek to dwell in the righteousness of God and in Jesus Christ I am free, I am righteous, I have no lack, I am holy, I can do all things through Christ who strength me because of Jesus.  Francine is happily married to Minister George Dixon.
